Activities
A varied range of activities are available at both Breakfast and After School Club. Pupils are placed into age appropriate groups to access sessions. After School, staff provide planned activities to challenge and stimulate the children. These include sporting, craft, cooking and social activities linked to the school curriculum. Children are encouraged to spend time outside on school site whenever possible. On occasion, outside instructors and professionals will come in to work on specific specialist areas with the children. Mr Gibson our sports coach joins us every Breakfast and every Thursday After School Club to deliver sporting activities. There are special themed days that allow children to explore other cultures. Children also have opportunities to complete homework in a calm, relaxing environment with support from staff.

Breakfast Club – 7:15am-8:45am £5.00
After School Club 1 – 3:15pm-5:00pm £11.00
After School Club 2 – 3:15pm-6.00pm £12.50
Quick Pick up – 3:15pm-3:45pm - £2.50
Holiday Club Full Day – 7:45am-5.30pm - £30.00
Holiday Club Half Day – 7:45am-12:30pm - £15.00
Holiday Club Half Day – 12:30pm-5.30pm - £15.00
There is a 10% discount for each sibling attending the sessions.
Bookings
Parents must book their child's place for a session on a half termly basis using the Survey Monkey link provided. There will be limited number of emergency places available each day, however this will depend on ratios of staff to children. Payments can be made at your convenience however a session must be paid for in advance. Parents will receive a half-termly invoice which can be paid directly to Cleadon Owls bank account.

Cancellations / Booking amendments
Amendments to bookings or cancellations must be made at least one week in advance and will incur a 50% cost. Any refunds will be credited onto the following half terms fees. If sessions aren’t cancelled in advance, then a full daily fee will apply. Bookings must be submitted at the earliest point; you then have 1 week ‘cooling off’ period to make any amendments/cancellations free of charge. After this period, 1 weeks' notice is required for 50%, anything less cannot be refunded. This includes holiday club.
