Activities
A varied range of activities are available at both Breakfast and After School Club. Pupils are placed into age appropriate groups to access sessions. After School, staff provide planned activities to challenge and stimulate the children. These include sporting, craft, cooking and social activities linked to the school curriculum. Children are encouraged to spend time outside on school site whenever possible. On occasion, outside instructors and professionals will come in to work on specific specialist areas with the children. There are special themed days that allow children to explore other cultures. Children also have opportunities to complete homework in a calm, relaxing environment with support from staff.
Bookings
Parents must book their child's place on a half termly basis using the ParentPay system. Notice of sessions becoming available to book is sent out via ParentPay, you are advised to be active at the time of bookings opening in order to secure your sessions for both term time and holiday clubs. There may be limited number of emergency places available each day, however this will depend on ratios of staff to children. Payments must be paid for in advance, if a negtaive balance remains in ParentPay for pervious utilisation, you may not be able to book for the following half term until this is cleared.

Breakfast Club – 7:15am-8:45am £5.50
After School Club 2 – 3:15pm-6.00pm £12.50
Quick Pick up – 3:15pm-3:45pm - £3.00
Holiday Club Full Day – 8am-5.30pm - £33.00
Holiday Club Half Day – 8am-12:30pm - £16.50
Holiday Club Half Day – 1pm-5.30pm - £16.50
Cancellations / Amendments
Amendments to bookings or cancellations must be made at least one week in advance, any cancellations will be credited to your ParentPay account. If sessions are not cancelled within the one week's notice period, the full session fee will apply. This includes holiday club.
